Whats the best product for ezcema on hands? - manuka honey cream

I suffer greatly from eczema on the hands, and I changed my regular soap Dove soap to liquid soap QV (liquid soap) is not and I try a good lotion that my hands do not dry / itching and pain to find.

I'm in New Zealand and we all U.S. products.

I am now trying to Manuka honey hand cream.
